- On track for the goal
- Whether your recent training still supports your goal time. It pauses whenever JeZR does not have a fair basis to judge you — during recovery, outside a block, or before a full week of data.
- Active concern
- The amber band under the chart marks a period when a physical concern you told JeZR about was affecting your training. If the band continues across a block boundary, the same unresolved concern carried into the new block — it was never cleared, only re-attributed. A fainter band marks a concern that has since resolved.
Nothing is required of you — it resumes on its own once you are training normally.
- Planned target
- The amber line is the weekly distance your plan asked for. It only appears for weeks that had an active block, and breaks where there was none.
- Longest run
- The pale tick across a bar shows your single longest run inside that week.
- Key race
- A flag marks a race you have already completed. Your upcoming goal race isn't plotted here — its date, countdown and goal time are shown above the chart instead.
- Phase
- Your training phase (base, build, peak, taper) isn't shown as a bar on the chart. Select a week to see its phase, or hover, focus, or tap it.
- Block boundary / training mode
- A small diamond marks a genuinely new training block starting, a block closing, or your training mode changing (for example, entering a planned break).
- Current week
- The short highlighted line under the axis always marks today's calendar week, whether or not you have it selected.
- Down week
- The small downward chevron marks a deliberately lighter week built into your block so you absorb the work before it.
